Bullock Creek Springers breed DNA- and health-tested pups from the best imported and domestic bloodlines.
Bullock Creek Springers imported their foundation bitch Windarra Zelda (FTCH Buccleuch Pepper x FTCH Windarra Tess) from the Republic of Ireland in 2015.
In 2017 we imported frozen semen from top UK ESS sires including:
- Broomfield Admiral (Shanty) from Sealpin Gundogs
- FTCH Hollydrive Kurt (Kurt) from Rytex Gundogs
- FTCH Murrayeden Boss of Poolgreen (Bert) from Poolgreen Gundogs
- FTCH Rothievale Medlar of Edgegrove (Moss) from Edgegrove Gundogs
- FTCH Samsir Babbler (Blu) from Poolgreen Gundogs
We will be importing semen from other top sires in the coming years.
The frozen semen will be used on Bullock Creek Springers bitches and bitches from associated kennels in a scheduled programme of litters.
Kelly’s first litter of 7 pups, sired by Broomfield Admiral and FTCH Rothievale Medlar, and second litter of 2 pups sired by FTCH Murrayeden Boss of Poolgreen, went to trialling and hunting homes around New Zealand.
